Who I am

I’m Sean Oblizalo, the photographer and planner behind Vows and Peaks at vowsandpeaks.com. I photograph adventure elopements throughout Colorado and beyond.

What information I collect

When you fill out a contact or inquiry form, I collect basic information like your name, email, wedding date, and elopement details. I don’t collect more than I need.

If you browse without contacting me, standard analytics data is collected automatically — pages visited, time on site, and general location at the country or region level. I use Google Analytics for this. If you arrived via a paid ad, Google Ads may also place a cookie in your browser.

How I use your information

I use your contact information to respond to inquiries, send contracts and invoices, coordinate your elopement, and follow up after your wedding. I don’t sell your information or share it with third parties except vendors directly involved in your elopement, and only with your knowledge.

This site uses cookies. Some are functional. Others are from Google Analytics and Google Ads. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not work correctly if you do.

Your photos

I may use images from your elopement on my website, social media, and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing before your wedding day. I never sell photos or share them with third parties outside normal business use.

Data retention

I keep inquiry and client records for as long as they’re relevant to running my business. If you want your information removed, email me and I’ll take care of it.

Third-party links

My site may link to other websites like vendor pages, permit portals, that kind of thing. I’m not responsible for their privacy practices.

Your rights

You can request access to the personal information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Just reach out directly.
